Delivery time is 5 to 10 days from date of dispatch.

Packages are prepared every Monday and dispatched on Tuesdays.

Register your two-year legal warranty(Wheeleo®️ Care) by filling in the online form.

Payment options include credit card, Bancontact and bank transfer.

You can track the progress of your parcel using the tracking code which will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

If you are not satisfied with Wheeleo®️, you can contact our customer service department via the contact form. To avoid unpleasant surprises, we offer rental.

Our packages are sent with DPD. If you’re not home during delivery, your package will be left at the nearest pickup point.

A delivery notice will be left in your mailbox indicating the pickup point.
