Delivery charges

The prices shown on the‘delivery costs‘ page include VAT.

We currently work with FEDEX and DPD for the delivery of our Wheeleo®.
Delivery is made to the delivery address.

Wheeleo®️ is an MDR-CE certified medical device.
It is also registered with the FDA in the United States (Owner/Operator Number 10096110).

It is therefore possible to purchase the Wheeleo® on the webshop for delivery in Europe and the United States.
If your country in Europe is not accessible via the webshop, please request it via our contact form.

Otherwise, take a look at the dealer map to find a dealer in your country.

At present, we do not offer the possibility of delivery to a relay point.

When the parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow your parcel.

At present, we send packages once a week. Orders placed before Friday 12pm are prepared on the following Monday and dispatched on Tuesday.

Once dispatched, it takes 2 to 3 days for France and between 5 to 8 days for the United States.
A tracking link will be sent to you by email to allow you to track your parcel.
