We currently work with DPD for the delivery of our Wheeleo®️. Delivery is made to the delivery address.
Wheeleo®️ is a CE-certified medical device. It cannot currently be sold on this website outside the European Community. If your EC country is not accessible via the webshop, please request it via our contact form. Take a look at the dealer map to find a dealer in your country.
At present, we do not offer the possibility of delivery to a relay point.
When the parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow your parcel.
At present, we send packages once a week. Orders placed before Friday 12pm will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver the Wheeleo® directly to your area.
