Der Wheeleo\u00ae hilft, die psychische Gesundheit unserer \u00e4lteren Patientengruppe zu verbessern.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ist der Wheeleo\u00ae ein fester Bestandteil des Behandlungsprotokolls in Ihrer medizinischen Praxis?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Der Wheeleo\u00ae wird in unserer Praxis nun standardm\u00e4\u00dfig f\u00fcr Personen eingesetzt, die Schwierigkeiten mit der Verwendung einer Kr\u00fccke haben, haupts\u00e4chlich aber f\u00fcr Personen mit Arthrose des R\u00fcckens.<\/p>\n\n<p>Der Wheeleo\u00ae stellt einen echten Mehrwert im Vergleich zu einer Kr\u00fccke dar, da er die Wiederherstellung der Mobilit\u00e4t erm\u00f6glicht und gleichzeitig die Belastung des R\u00fcckens reduziert. Patienten sind beim Gehen stabiler und erholen sich tats\u00e4chlich viel schneller als mit einer Kr\u00fccke. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was macht den Wheeleo\u00ae im Alltag besonders praktisch?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Der Vorteil des Wheeleo\u00ae ist, dass man ihn \u00fcberallhin mitnehmen kann. Er st\u00f6rt nicht. Man kann ihn tats\u00e4chlich \u00fcberall verwenden: Patienten k\u00f6nnen ihn im Zimmer haben, mit auf die Toilette, in den Rehabilitationsraum, ins Restaurant nehmen und problemlos damit in den Aufzug steigen.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Personen, die einen Ausflug machen m\u00f6chten, wenn die Familie sie zum Beispiel zu einem Geburtstag abholt, k\u00f6nnen ihn problemlos im Auto verstauen. Tats\u00e4chlich wird er gew\u00e4hlt, weil er sehr einfach mitzunehmen ist, auch im Auto. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie reagieren Patienten, wenn sie den Wheeleo\u00ae zum ersten Mal entdecken?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Wenn man Patienten den Wheeleo\u00ae zum ersten Mal zeigt, sind sie anfangs immer \u00fcberrascht. Sie sagen: \u201eNein, damit werde ich nicht gehen.\u201c Aber sobald sie ihn benutzt haben, z\u00f6gern sie und sagen oft: \u201eLassen Sie mich ihn noch einmal benutzen\u201c, und beim Verlassen der Sprechstunde sind sie von der Verwendung des Wheeleo\u00ae \u00fcberzeugt.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fcr welche Patienten w\u00fcrden Sie den Wheeleo\u00ae empfehlen?<\/h3>\n\n<p>In unserer t\u00e4glichen Praxis begegnen wir Menschen, die oft eine technische Hilfe ben\u00f6tigen, um mobil bleiben zu k\u00f6nnen, nicht nur nach einem chirurgischen Eingriff, sondern auch davor.<\/p>\n\n<p>Diese Personen zeigen oft ein Hinken beim Gehen, eine Arthrose des R\u00fcckens, die prim\u00e4r, aber auch sekund\u00e4r zu einem H\u00fcft- oder Knieproblem sein kann. Sie ben\u00f6tigen daher oft eine Gehhilfe. <\/p>\n\n<p>Die Koordination mit Kr\u00fccken ist selten ein Problem f\u00fcr j\u00fcngere Patienten, aber f\u00fcr unsere \u00e4lteren Patienten, die oft andere Komorbidit\u00e4ten aufweisen \u2013 eine neurologische Erkrankung, eine Folge eines Schlaganfalls, eine TIA, eine schwere Arthrose des R\u00fcckens \u2013 ist die Verwendung einer Kr\u00fccke, einer oder zweier Kr\u00fccken, nicht immer einfach, insbesondere aus Sicht der Koordination.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welche Erfahrungen haben Sie mit der Einf\u00fchrung des Wheeleo\u00ae in einer neuen Therapieabteilung gemacht?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Etwas Neues in eine medizinische Praxis einzuf\u00fchren, ist immer schwierig. Die Fachkr\u00e4fte im Gesundheitswesen sind an die Werkzeuge gew\u00f6hnt, die sie zu diesem Zeitpunkt verwenden. Etwas Neues einzuf\u00fchren, es zu implementieren, bedeutet eine andere Art der Nutzung, eine andere Art der Rehabilitation und so weiter. Das ist also nicht immer einfach.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Es ist wichtig, die Fachkr\u00e4fte im Gesundheitswesen, den Rehabilitationsarzt, den Physiotherapeuten und den Ergotherapeuten einzubeziehen, denn der Ergotherapeut wird sowohl in der Rehabilitation als auch vor einem Eingriff mit dem Patienten gehen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bringen Sie sie in Kontakt und lassen Sie sie es benutzen. Sobald sie es benutzt haben, haben wir in unserem Krankenhaus festgestellt, dass die Ergotherapeuten beim ersten Kontakt \u00e4u\u00dferst begeistert waren. Man zeigt den Wheeleo\u00ae, man ist nicht sofort \u00fcberzeugt. Lassen Sie ihn benutzen, und die Leute sind \u00fcberzeugt.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welche Effekte beobachten Sie bei Ihren Patienten bei der Nutzung des Wheeleo\u00ae in der Rehabilitation?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Was die Geschwindigkeit der Rehabilitation betrifft, so stellen wir fest, dass Patienten mit dem Wheeleo\u00ae viel mehr Vertrauen haben.
